Hampstead Heath Post lunch dip .... 12 degrees ... for all year swimmers: when the temperature of the pond is ten degrees, it is warm.
For me still a bit cold!

Chalybeate waters, also known as ferruginous waters, are mineral spring waters containing salts of iron.
