SHG TO PROVIDE INTEGRATED HOUSING MANAGEMENT SERVICE Southern Housing Group (SHG) has launched an improved resident-focused and integrated housing service to all residents, whether they are tenants, leaseholders, shared owners or homeowners. On many of SHG's existing estates, leaseholders and tenants live side by side, and this trend of building estates of property for rent and sale on the same site is set to continue. Duplication of effort and different levels of service being provided to different categories of residents across the Group, along with co-ordination and communication difficulties, prompted a large scale review of resident services. The new integrated housing management aims to provide one consistent quality of service to all SHG customers.
